Issue with User authorisation on the latest weahtermap

Hello,
I just install the latest weathermap on my production server (nothing do to with production or test), and I have a weird situation, or I don't understand how the user authorization work!

I a have some map with user right granted to 'All Users to the System', and I can see my 29 users and group.
If I add a specific user to this map, it just disappear on the list of users, so Only 28 users a visible (in my case).

That mean I can't revoke a user, his right to see a map.

And that happen only on User, if you add a group, it will stay there and you can revoke it's right.

Do you report this on GitHub? I seem to recall this being fixed. 1.1 was released a few days ago.
